Worked for the Yolo County Probation Department before transferring to the Placer County Sheriff’s Office.  Spent over 30 years with PCSO serving our communities from Roseville to Lake Tahoe and retired in 2024 as the North Lake Tahoe Station Commander. I possess a masters degree in criminal justice management and attended FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA.  Also invested many years coaching our local youth where I created several protocols to increase player safety; this also included school safety enhancements.

Why: Working in many facets within PCSO, I often worked with crime victims in the Investigations Unit.  It’s there that I formed personal bonds, and post-retirement, I wanted to continue my support and advocacy for crime victims and their families.
