Victor Pecoraro
Chair
Victor is a retired police lieutenant and U.S. Air Force veteran with extensive leadership experience. He is known for inspiring innovation, effective communication, community outreach, transparency, and creative problem-solving. Victor fosters relationship building and consistently upholds high standards of service, equity, inclusion, and diversity. Prior to his law enforcement career, he served in the private sector. Currently, Victor serves as board chair for the Placer Justice Foundation, where he leverages his leadership and commitment to community service to drive positive change and support Placer County residents through outreach and education in partnership with the Placer County District Attorney’s Office.
