Frank Udvarhely
Frank Udvarhely serves on the Board of Directors for the Placer Justice Foundation, bringing a unique blend of public-sector leadership, behavioral science expertise, and community-centered strategy to the organization’s mission.
Frank currently serves as Chief of Staff to Placer County Supervisor Suzanne Jones, where he works at the intersection of governance, public safety, and community engagement. His professional background includes leadership roles in local government, nonprofit development, and civic organizations, along with experience in financial services and strategic planning. This cross-sector perspective allows him to understand both the operational realities of public institutions and the human impact of crime on individuals and families.
Frank specializes in decision-making frameworks, leadership development, and systems-based thinking. His work centers on helping individuals and organizations move from reaction to intentional action, a philosophy that aligns closely with the Foundation’s focus on supporting victims, strengthening prevention efforts, and reinforcing community safety.
Frank chose to serve on the Placer Justice Foundation Board to edify restoration, prevention, and sustained community investment. He is committed to ensuring that victims receive meaningful support, that public-private partnerships are leveraged effectively, and that resources are deployed with accountability and measurable impact.
Through his philanthropy, Frank seeks to help the Foundation expand its reach, strengthen donor confidence, and build a long-term funding model that supports law enforcement, victim advocacy, and crime prevention initiatives throughout Placer County.
